Refund policy

All purchases are final sale.

Atelier Karl does not offer refunds to the original form of payment. Please review sizing, product details, and descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.

If you have any questions prior to ordering, we are happy to assist at info@atelier-karl.com.  

We accept exchanges for store credit only under the following conditions:

• Request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

• Item must be unworn, unused, unwashed

• Item must be returned in original condition with tags attached

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, a digital store credit will be issued via email. Store credit does not expire.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, washing, alteration, or misuse.
